2024 FALL SEASON

Available Divisions:

U8 ,U10, U12, U14, U16, U18

7 Week Season

Start:  7th of SEPTEMBER 2024

Finish: 19th of OCTOBER 2024

Location: Durham Region 

Field Location : Oshawa Civic Center - Field #2

Time: 10am to 2pm ( games are played between 10am and 2pm depending on age group)

Includes:

U8 Little League -- 45 Minutes (5 vs 5 format, skills, drills and games) 

U10 to U16 -- 1 Hour (5 vs 5 format, 15 minute warm up, 45 minute game with half time) 

NFL Kit -- (NFL Flag Football Jersey + Flag Belt + Mouth Guard)

**Please Note:  Divisions may be combined based on registration**

 

2024 FALL ADULT NFL FLAG FOOTBALL SEASON 

 

7 Week Season

Start:  08 SEPT. 2024

Finish: 20 OCT. 2024

 

Location: Durham Region 

Field Location :  Oshawa Civic Center (Field # 2)

Time: 12pm to 2pm ( games are played between 12pm and 2pm depending on registration)

 

Includes:

1 Hour (5 vs 5 format,15 minute warm up & 45 minute game with half time)

NFL Kit (NFL Flag Football Jersey + Flag Belt + Mouth Guard)

 

**Please Note: For the Adult team registrations a captain is needed to register the team. Recommended team size would be 10 to 12 players. For individual registration, please use free agent to sign up and a team will be selected for you.

                      

 

Flag Football has been OFFICIALLY added to the 2028 Olympics in L.A!!! Pathway to being a potential Canadian Olympian Flag Football Player can begin now! 

NFL Flag Football Spring Season takes place in early May to end of June, Saturdays from 10 to 2pm. Registration opens in January.

NFL Flag Football Fall Season takes place in early September to end of October, Saturdays from 10 to 2pm. Registration opens in May

NFL Flag Football Winter Skills, Drills + Scrimmage Games takes place in early January to first week of March, Saturdays from 445pm to 545pm. Registration opens in September.

Flag Football is a Non-Contact sport for Boys and Girls ages 5 through 16. Flag Football is an excellent way to develop skills as a quarterback, running back, defensive back, and receiver.

The goal of our league is to provide a safe and productive environment that enables children to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Participation in our league is open to all boys and girls in the Durham Region and Beyond.

We are sustained by the efforts of volunteers who display an extraordinary amount of commitment and hard work, ensuring that our league is a positive influence in the lives of our children. We also strive to provide a service to our community by providing a healthy outlet for children, opportunities for the community to gather together, and endless hours of entertainment.
