Our Winter NFL Flag Football program is designed to help players develop their football skills in a fun, supportive and non-contact environment.
Over the 8-week program, players will focus on the fundamental skills needed on both offence and defence, while putting those skills into action during weekly scrimmage games.
Whether your child is new to flag football or has played before, our Winter program provides an opportunity to improve their skills, build confidence and continue developing their understanding of the game.
What Players Will Work On
Throughout the program, players will develop skills in areas such as:
- Quarterback (QB) skills
- Passing and catching
- Route running
- Running and ball carrying
- Agility and speed
- Flag pulling
- Defensive positioning
- Defensive formations
- Game strategies
- Teamwork and communication
Weekly Scrimmage Games
Each session will include 5 vs. 5 scrimmage games between participants.
The scrimmages give players the opportunity to take the skills they have learned during the session and apply them in a game setting.
Our focus during the Winter program is skills, development and having fun, rather than standings or competition.

Session Times: Sessions run between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

Divisions may be combined depending on registration numbers.
The Winter NFL Flag Football program is specifically focused on skills, drills and scrimmage games. Players will have the opportunity to develop their individual skills while learning how to use those skills during game situations.
Our goal is to provide players with a fun and positive indoor football experience while continuing to develop their abilities throughout the winter months.

Refund Policy
- All players must be fully registered and paid before participating.
- Refund Requests: Must be submitted in writing to the League Operator.
- Administrative Fee: $75 withdrawal/administration fee applies to all refunds.
Refund Timeline:
- 21+ days before the first game: Full refund (minus administrative fee)
- Up to the first game: 50% refund (minus administrative fee)
- After the first game: No refunds
Note: Service fees are non-refundable.
